After being bitten by the DJ bug in 1989 Neil honed his skills throughout the early 90's for numerous Free Party outfits playing House and Acid House Music under a variety of guises. During this time he was lucky enough to warm up for many of the Godfathers of House at many of the clubs that became synonymous with the early Dance Music Scene. In 1994 he took the next step on his journey through genres when he became obsessed with the NEW NRG movement, a scene Championed by the legend that was Tony De Vit. After a short break from playing out while attending University he eventually returned to the scene with a 5 year residency for one of the UK's most well known and loved clubs (Lakota Bristol) In 2006 he was inducted in to the TWILIGHT TWINS after a chance meeting with the founder of the outfit (LOUI TWILIGHT TWINS) and for 5 years they rocked clubs all over the South UK as the Electro duo LOUI and BOMBER. Most notably with sets at Ministry of Sound, Electronic Sessions on the Thames and La Dolce Vita Productions. Recently Neil has become disillusioned with the Electro Scene and NOTA BENE was born as an outlet for his more Housey side. The circle is now complete as he heads back to his roots of everything HOUSE!

I am a mother on maternity leave, cross-cut the time to the music because I love DJ profession, but unfortunately I can not give it to the fullest and go through it all, I only have my studio and Ableton FLko and now I teach on a tractor for the second I never cared for the turntable, mixing, or controller, but at least I have a PC and try to about what I would enjoy doing for people.

Biography Jacco Van W (Jacco van Wijnen) aka DJ Doulbe D is a Dutch DJ / producer born in Amersfoort, Netherlands on July 22 1968. From a very young age there were signs of Jacco loving the sound of a good beat, at the age of 3 he got his first drum set from his parents. Jacco started playing around with equipment at the age of 9 and first started mixing using a Akai reel to reel tape recorder to cut and paste tape in order to make loops and mixes. A little later he added 2 Lenco turntables to his Alecto mixer and started to learn the mixing game using these decks. At age 11 he played his first DJ gig at his sisters birthday party on the loft of their parents home and from that night on he knew his passion in life was mixing music so got better equipment which led him to performing for other birthday parties. At the age of 16 he played his first proper gig in a local discotheque where his childhood friend was already a resident DJ and taught him the skills he needed to progress trying all sorts of genres from disco, soul to Motown. When house music started to break through early nineties he instantly knew he also wanted to play that kind of music. After a disagreement with the club owner regarding house music he decided to take the risk and left the club to start playing HOUSE music in rival club which was almost bankrupt at that time. It was a big success and in a couple of weeks time the club simply couldn’t hold anymore. The name JACCO was the words on all the lips of the local club goers and word got around his home country, Holland. In 2006 Jacco, took a break but something was missing in his life, performing for the masses! It took him less than a year to realise this, the rest is history. It all started back around 1999, going to my first rave (Energy). That's where my love for electronic music began. From there I got involved in promoting parties under Trillium Productions and DJing. In the beginning I played psy-trance, then moved to progressive house, today I play all things house with some techno for good measure. Some of my influences are Deadmua5, Jelo, Wolfgang Gartner, Dj Dan, Deko-ze, Stefano Noferini
